DELIVERY TIME

Please be informed that all items purchased from DREAM STORY will be shipped within 10-12 working days (exclude weekends and public holidays).

All items purchased from DREAM STORY can only be shipped to your home or office address. we are unable to make adjustment once it purchased and processed. Ensure your submitted correct shipping address. DREAM STORY is no way taking the responsibility of shipment to the wrong address.

Please understand that if the quantity purchased is very high volume of order the shipment may be delayed. Please allow us have additional working days in transit for delivery.

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.

MISSING TRACKING INFORMATION

Please allow at least one (1) working day after your order is shipped and notified via email for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information is not update, or the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer Service Representative to further assist on your issue.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

If your package is unsuccessfully delivered and sent back to us by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option for 2nd attempt of delivery which will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is non- refundable.
