Returned To Sender Packages

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to DREAM STORY by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Under the circumstances that you are still unable to locate your package, kindly drop us message at Dream's Story facebook messenger for further assistance.


Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order at the website of the courier service.


Return & Exchange

We guarantee to compensate with a new piece when you return it to us within 7 days from the receiving day. However, no exchange is allowed after 7 days’ period.


Below are the type of issues that entitled for an exchange for a new product:


Defect on the product.

Wrong Word/Number/Graphic/Size/Sleeve/T-shirt Colour from OUR side.

Items must be returned unwashed and with all tags attached. Sincerely apologize there will be no compensation if the defect is due to typing errors or wrong details given BY CUSTOMER during order process.


Returns Procedure

Contact our Customer Service team through WhatsApp or Facebook.

Post the defected item(s) to the nearest POS Office to DREAM STORY office (Don’t forget to keep the consignment note)

Inform our Customer Service team regarding to the tracking code and the amount of postage fees. (attach with consignment note and receipt of postage).

We will process the new item(s) after receive the defected shirts and takes at least 7-10 working days for repost.
